SAP HCM - Indian Payroll

SAP HCM (PM), Noida OR Chennai

The brief JD is given below –

IT Industry Preferred

- Experience Minimum 10+ years experience in SAP HCM implementation and support preferably in Professional service industry

- Domain Experience Should have minimum 2 years experience in HR domain preferably in Services Industry

- Hands on in Indian Payroll (7-8yrs)

- 10+yrs in SAP implementation

- SAP HCM Experience Hands on experience in SAP HCM Modules (Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Global Employment, India Payroll, Payroll Posting

- Integration with Other SAP Modules Experience in integration with Travel, FI and Project system

- Should have strong coordination with business team for providing solution as per industry practices

- Strong SAP HCM India Payroll experience in areas such as schema, PCRs, features, dynamic actions, posting, wage type creation/maintenance, retro’s, arrears processing, pay slip configuration, FORM 16 & 24Q processing etc

- Should have implementation / support experience in Non-Consulting organizations (Manufacturing, Retail, etc.,)
SLA Management

- Resource Management

- Strong Communication Skill

Qualification MBA (Preferably - HR) or Post Graduate (Specialization in HR)

SAP HCM certification is added advantage

For internal project, no onsite opportunity
