SAP FICO Functional Consultant - IT

Due to more focus on growth into new business models/products, high attention will be required in the coming years to the area of Finance & Control with close link to all processes.

Designation: Business Process Expert - Finance & Controlling (F/M)

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities and Challenges for the upcoming years will be:

- Participate Business driven Projects with IT component.

- Bring process improvements in Organisation's primarily based on Standard (IT) applications/tools (SAP). Seek alignment with Business Process Owners.

- Be a solution facilitator for new Business requirements that arise due to new business models/products.

- Play a crucial role in standardization of our business processes across all Business Units, improve automation of our reporting and step up in data analytics.

The Ideal candidate

- Academic level of thinking and acting.

- International experience, has worked outside India for a number of years.

- Broad experience in SAP FICO module for at least 5 years.

- Mature person, able to talk with all kinds of levels: from shop floor till top floor, good communication and presentation skills.

- Understands very clearly integration topics with other processes as Sales & Distribution, Purchasing and Production.

- Good team worker, has experience working in international (remote) team.

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

- Expert level in English (Oral / Written).

- International travel is required, willingness to work overseas for a couple of weeks from time to time is a must
