Key responsibilities:

- We are looking for a SAP Enhancement Program Manager to support our SAP Change, enhancement and re-engineering project that will bring our SAP Environment up-to-date with the leading edge construction and real-estate industry best practices in India.

- This is an excellent opportunity to join us and work on a business critical project and manage broad internal and external stakeholder and business owner involvement in the project, ensuring appropriate change management and communication are carried out to end user and those affected by the project.

- Act as a lead consultant for collating and identifying critical process gaps and improvement areas

- Engage, identify areas of SAP IT opportunities, convert user needs into system requirements

- Finalizing requirements, specifications, business processes and generating cost/benefit recommendations related to proposed solution

- Making RFPs, budget proposals, estimating costs in consultation with vendors / solution providers

- Working directly with the implementation team consisting of vendors & users to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution

- Managing client expectations and ensuring implemented solutions are utilized effectively

Competencies & Soft Skills:

- Essential that the candidate has spent 3 or more years in a “Projects/Construction” oriented organization like Infrastructure / Projects / EPC / Construction

- Must have 3 or more years of implementation, upgrade, enhancement and project management experience in full lifecycle SAP ECC 6.0 Modules activities – PS, MM, SD, FI/CO, HCM

- Must be comfortable with process-reengineering and should have influenced an managed change in the organizations as an outcome of SAP implementations
