SAP Employee Central Role - IT Product

Requirement:

- Must have SAP SuccessFactors certification

- Strong understanding and experience on Success Factors Employee central and SAP HCM functional knowledge and configurations.

- Should have worked on end-to-end implementation or support projects for Employee central and SAP HCM.

- Should have configured/Changed Data models, MDF Objects, Foundation objects, Business rules, Workflows and Role based permissions in SAP SuccessFactors

- Exposure on different Success Factors modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation is added advantage.

- Should have experience on Imports/Exports in SAP SuccessFactors and Integration Centre

- Should have good understanding on Integrations of SAP SuccessFactors to SAP HCM/ other third-party systems.
