SAP Deployment Cutover Manager - IT

- Deep expertise in SAP Functional & Technical area. Handled multiple SAP roll outs as Cutover Manager

- Developing and maintaining a detailed cutover activity and resource plan (business and technical tasks) and ensure alignment with project and programme plan milestones

- Ensuring that site and project resource levels and quality are appropriate to support delivery of the cutover plan. Resolve any variances with the deployment manager and site lead

- Ensuring the site team understand their cutover responsibilities - hold a - dress rehearsal- ahead

- Managing risks and issues, escalating as required to the deployment manager in the first instance to ensure mitigation

- Track progress against detailed cutover plan, ensuring the site team provide timely updates

- During live cutover, act as the site cutover coordinator, leading the control centre, ensuring adherence to plan and managing any variances in conjunction with key members of the site and project teams

- Driving closure of key post go live cutover activity and associated issues post go live items from the cutover plan
