Who were looking for Job Description (HR Operations):

- Must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Business Blueprints (BBP) / Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents

- Work on Configurations, and support other Technical and Functional consultants with inputs for Custom Enhancements, and support for testing and bug fixing

- Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project

- Conducting workshops with key users/ end users & preparation of Configuration

- Workbook, Testing and user training extensively

- Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements

- Train the team and mentor associates

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks

- Good understanding of incident management, and change management

- Promote new ideas and services by applying functional knowledge to create value.

- Manage the expectations of customer, seeking and acting on customer feedback.

- High level of energy, ambition, positive attitude and ability to work in high diverse team environment to deliver effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications:

- Worked on three or more implementations and at least one support project

- Good Communication and presentation Skill

- Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology

- Experience with data migration and data management activities in SAP SuccessFactors

- Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors

- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes

- Experience in new custom production extensions and analyzing existing extensions
