SAP Center of Excellence Role - IT

The SAP Center of Excellence (COE) lead will have responsibility for defining and leading initiatives with respect to Customer, Delivery, Pre-sales, Employees and analysts

Need to have 20+ years of SAP leadership experience in multicultural environment. 15+ years of deep process and technical expertise in the respective SAP domains, preferably with domain experience and with a 5+ years of experience in leading large delivery teams across geographies.

Responsibilities :

- Subject matter expert in respective SAP track . SAP certification is a must.

- Minimum one SAP S/4 HANA Green field implementation experience

- Domain knowledge in one or more areas : Consumer, Retail, Utilities, Oil and gas, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Automotive, Manufacturing

- Innovative thought leader with experience in Automation, rapid prototyping & continuous improvement

- Activate methodology practitioner. Good exposure to Agile or DevOps

- Good overview on SAP best practices, Green field implementations, conversions and transformations

- Excellent oral communication skills. Client facing experience and stakeholders management skills

- Ability to participate in proposal presentations. ability to communicate solution architecture to various stakeholders

- Exposure to SaaS offerings

- Exposure to talent management, Training and development

- Experience in working with Analysts

- Knowledge around evolving landscape like AI,ML,BTP etc.,

- Enthusiastic, persuasive and self-starter, ability to motivate team members

- Preferably Bangalore as the work location . Other locations can be Chennai, Hyderabad
