SAP C4C Subject Matter Expert Role - Practice Development/Capability Building

SAP C4C Program Management Role

Our Client - The Company is an MNC a leading global provider of integrated information technology and knowledge process services.

Purpose/Role :

- As part of the SAP practice, this person will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of program management solutions.

- He will play a Practice Building Role - comprising of New offerings, Capability Building, etc.

- This person will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest calibre to ensure client satisfaction.

- Engage with clients' business and IT teams to understand key business goals and translate those to a SAP C4C solution.

- Define project scope and provide project implementation estimates including time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plan incorporating all project variables including risk.

- This person will also apply subject matter expertise on SAP C4C to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in creating a hybris implementation project plan while identifying clear dependencies and delivery plan

- Experience in preparing a detailed estimate for an implementation, rollout and support engagement

- Good understanding of hybris end to end solution implementation and related integrations

- Define implementation processes, code and delivery quality standards.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must Have :

- 15+ year of SAP C4C Architect & Solution Expert SME, experience in managing 2-3 C4C ecommerce full life cycle implementations.

- Strong understanding of core C4C module out of the box functionality.

- Experience creating a C4C implementation project plan while identifying clear dependencies and delivering to the plan

- Experience in preparing a detailed estimate for an implementation

- Good understanding of C4C end to end solution implementation and related integrations

- Strong communication skills to be able to articulate hybris solutions to IT/business stakeholders and conduct show and tell sessions.

- Provide direction to other members of technical team on design and implementation.

- Define implementation processes, code and delivery quality standards.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in creating proof of concepts in C4C ecommerce and doing research to recommend appropriate solutions for the client business requirement.

- Architect, design and subsequently develop various commerce features such as customer registration, product catalogue, and shopping cart and check out flow, personalization, payment solution, and WCMS.

- Strong in Java, spring framework, MVC Architecture, HTML5/CSS, UI development and Design patterns

- Experience in using latest development frameworks such as Gradle, Junit, SonarQube, GIT, Geb, Spock, Sauce labs, Jenkins.

- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to hybris implementation.

- Create end- to-end specifications for C4C commerce solutions.

- Strong understanding of object oriented programming and relational databases.

- Define and follow best practices to manage performance and scalability of C4C solution.

- Experience in code versioning and branching.
