Job Description PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Our Consulting department is looking for a senior business solution architect for the area of SAP EWM, SAP WM, in particular, in order to build up our service offering in these areas and position it on the market. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

- Undertaking high quality implementation work in SAP EWM, WM projects

- Gathering user requirements and determining the scope of the project

- Recommending integrated business process solutions to customers

- Resolving simple to very complex implementation issues, both functional and technical of clients

- Provide knowledge transfer to customers

- Supporting Sales for Demo and Proposal preparations

- Hands-on end to end Warehouse Management Implementation experience in various Industry verticals like : FMCG ; Pharma ; Metal for Inbound and Outbound logistics

- Awareness of Best Practice Solution in Warehousing across verticals

- Warehouse Management Integration experience with MM; QM ; SD ; PP

- Leverage knowledge of data warehouse and software development methodologies to contribute to the overall planning of projects by recommending approaches, identifying resources, and developing timelines; understanding on ASAP methodology

- Develop and foster a collaborative working relationship with clients.

- Works collaboratively with the team, consultants, project managers, and corporate development to develop consulting and project methodology, techniques, tools, and solutions.

- Provide guidance, assistance, and training opportunities to team members and client staff.

- Ramp up the existing team by mentoring the team on projects and conducting internal
trainings/workshops.

Desired Profile - EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Degree in Engineering (BE, MCA, MBA, MSc)

- Strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities with an ability to balance theory and
practical reality.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.

- Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate
complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.

- Self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation capabilities, especially
in driving consensus among senior technical resources.

SAP Certification is desirable

WORK EXPERIENCE

7-10 years experience as a lead in EWM, WM and Materials Management solutions
