SAP BO Consultant

- Own up the SAP BO deliveries for the organisation and work directly with Business Stakeholders and multiple IT Teams (Must Have)

- Work closely with Business Teams across the globe to be able to help chart out the overall BI Roadmap for the team

- Help setup and enhance the processes that may be required to ensure smooth Delivery of BI Reporting Solutions as well as to mature the practices within the teams to help get towards the overall objective of building this as the BI CoE.

- Be Hands-on on SAP BO, to work closely with the team for defining optimal SAP BO solutions for Business Problem Statements and do code reviews

- Be the SAP BO Expert to provide guidance and mentorship on development across portfolio

- Follow standard set of processes for Development as well as Change Management

- L3 level Support of SAP BO Applications in portfolio

- Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies

- Have Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders

- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities

- Adaptability to change

- Help setup and enhance the processes that may be required to ensure smooth Delivery of BI Reporting Solutions as well as to mature the practices within the teams to help get towards the overall objective of building this as the BI CoE.

- Knowledge of Industry Best Practices for data visualization. Basically keep an eye on outside and share/incorporate any learnings into Org as well.
