SAP BI Delivery Leader

EXPECTATIONS

- Delivery Management experience with 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 12+ years in managing SAP BI / BW / BOBJ development and implementation projects

- Possesses good hands-on technical and design expertise to guide the team

- Ability to clearly and articulately convey project constraints, risks, and plans to all levels of audiences

- Ability to thrive under production pressure and deadlines

- Comfortable challenging peers in a healthy, constructive way

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be the single owner for deliverables, quality and customer experience

- Govern all customer engagements for SAP BI & Analytics throughout the project right from strategy through implementation

- Must possess considerable - hands-on- BW technical skills

- Minimize risks to engagement by ensuring best practices, methodologies and templates are followed consistently across teams

- Be the single owner for sustainable competency development within the organization

- Serve as career counselor / mentor for Visual BI associates in furthering their skills, learning and growth within the organization

- Drive development of competency in emerging BI tools and build the intellectual asset base of Visual BI by delivering POCs, Demos and blogs on a ongoing basis

- Ensure 100% productivity of associates by leveraging a combination of client-driven and internal deliverables

- Work with Training to ensure program syllabi and content is continuously updated to reflect recent changes

- Own employee satisfaction and success

- Develop next level of able and caring leaders within the organization who can stimulate intellectual growth

- Work with Recruitment to maintain a strong hiring pipeline

- Participate in recruitment drives and successfully own and execute resource addition targets
