Agreements (Products Imports &amp; Export) NDAs for various Business Purposes. - Verification of Contract Agreements those being received from International Business Parties and to amend /alter to safeguard the Company's Business Interests / Trademarks / Intellectual Property etc - Working knowledge of Patent issues - Representing the Company in various Court Matters. Attending various legal issues related to Company's Business KEY SKILLS Essential:&nbsp; - Fluency in spoken &amp; written English and should able to make - Legal Documents independently. - Providing legal opinions on various legal issues to the Senior Management Team related to Labour, Civil, and Finance related matters. - Computer Skills to prepare documents confidentially. - The person with legal Practicing background and presently with working with Pharma / any Corporate business companies involved in Import &amp; Export business is preferred.
