Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in designing and manufacturing thermal engineering products, specifically compressed air dryers, air chillers, and water chillers. The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate or post-graduate in thermal engineering with a proven track record of leadership and innovation in a manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the research, development, and implementation of innovative technologies and solutions in the field of thermal engineering products.

2. Oversee the design and engineering processes, ensuring product excellence and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to drive product development initiatives from concept to commercialization.

4. Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to optimize product performance, efficiency, and reliability.

5. Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance product design, manufacturing processes, and overall operational efficiency.

6. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and market dynamics in the thermal engineering industry to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.

7. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the technology team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing and manufacturing thermal engineering products, with a focus on compressed air dryers, air chillers, and water chillers.

2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in thermal engineering or a related field.

3. Proven track record of leadership and innovation in a manufacturing organization, with experience in driving product development initiatives from concept to commercialization.

4. Strong technical expertise in refrigeration technologies, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

6. Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

7. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
