You will be working directly with the Head - Commercial Innovation and Strategy and the brand leadership team in building one of the key franchises.
PMO is a critical role that supports the franchise in execution of the Local Brand Strategy, based on the Global Brand Strategy. Key aspects include effectively driving planning & execution excellence and facilitating governance.
Acting as a PMO Lead, the role includes detailed project planning, monitoring and reporting independently on status and risks / challenges, cross-functional coordination of planned activities with transversal stakeholders, managing brand related meetings and supporting management decision-making through analytics and reports.
Qualifications :
- At least 4 years experience in Project Management, Strategy and Marketing
- Post Graduate in Management from top University / College
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with problem solving attitude
- Result oriented with ability to stretch when required
- Ability to influence without using authority. Ability to manage conflict
- Strong inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
