- As a key member of TA (Talent Acquisition) this position for driving hiring effectives and effectiveness and work very closely with RPO Team, with a strong governance mechanism. This position is also responsible for end to end recruitment process (from the time hiring request gets approved to candidate pre-onboarding) for Corporate &amp; Industrial Site roles. Duties &amp; Responsibilities : Recruitment : - Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan - Ensure to take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies, strive for Shortened lead time, improve job person match and reduce recruitment cost per hire. - Ability to manage an RPO team of recruitment professionals - Drive RPO Efficiencies and effectives - work closely with RPO team members for assigned projects. Monitor, review and impact hiring quality, timelines and stakeholder management - Ability to drive efficiency through in-depth analytics &amp; driving metrics for every stage of recruitment process - Structure a framework to monitor RPO KPI- s, efficiencies and resources - Strive for constant improvement in candidate experience through deploying measures for impact assessment - Provide support to hiring managers / Business HR by proactive communication and strong customer service - Initiates Discussion of job responsibilities and candidate requirements with the Line Manager for assigned businesses and deliver the key messages to search firms / RPO effectively - Close with Line Managers, C&amp;B, HRBPs the selection process &amp; feedback on the candidate. - Participate as a selection panel member in the recruitment process and strive to embed Inclusive hiring practices - Carve TA analytics for assigned business in conjunction with TA analytics support - Managing TA Allied processes like background verification, assessment centres, referral program Process : - Drive the end to end recruitment process on workday, perform all recruitment activities on workday - Add psychometric test(s) as part of the recruitment process for certain job categories / position levels by need analysis and effective measurement. - Drive RPO governance, metrices, KPI's Knowledge, Skills &amp; Competencies / Language: &nbsp; - Proven ability to take job briefs, screen resumes, conduct competency based interviews, provide value added advice about candidate selection, making and negotiating job offers - Hiring experience of employees at a middle and senior level in Pharma / FMCG/ large scale organisation - Experience of working on digital platforms like linked in, other job portals - Ability to manage High Volumes and work with RPO Partners - Proven track record in TA analytics - Experience of ATS like Workday / Taleo will be good to have - Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage complexities - Strong communication and implementation skills - Knowledge of assessment tools and psychometric tests - Language Skill - Fluency in English - Masters degree in Business Administration with HR specialization - Minimum of 10 years of progressive relevant experience in Human Resources with recruitment experience of at least 8 years. - Experience of recruitment in a search firm &amp; Corporate - Experience of managing an RPO program will be a good to have - Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Manufacturing industry experience would be good to have - Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge - Excellent people skills to liaise both externally and internally - Ability to work under strict deadlines
