In a career spanning over 12 years, Aparajita has built expertise in creating and scaling up knowledge and research products, building and managing multicultural teams, and designing large-scale interventions to address challenges of social enterprise development.  In the past, Aparajita has helped create a unique knowledge practice within Intellecap; and conceptualize initiatives such as Microfinance Insights, Beyond Profit, Srijan Financial Inclusion Forum and more recently the Sankalp Forum. She holds a management degree from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) India.  Job Title: Associate Director  Reporting to: Director - Sankalp Forum  Location: Mumbai, India  - The Associate Director will work directly with the Director - Sankalp Forum and as part of the Sankalp Forum Team in Mumbai.   - The Associate Director will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing a Strategic Business Plan for the Sankalp Forum that will seek to establish a sustainable financial model for the Forum and that will guide the Forum's expansion (both in India and internationally) in the coming years.  - The Associate Director will also work closely with the Director in identifying and managing Strategic Partners for the Forum in India and around the world.   - The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator and negotiator, who is self-motivated and has a proven track record of strategic planning, business development, marketing and working with multiple stakeholder and partners.   - She/he should be capable of creative and non-traditional thinking and should have experience in developing new and innovative strategies for business development and fundraising.  Main Duties and Responsibilities :  - Develop a detailed Strategic Business Plan for expansion, fundraising and partnership development of the Sankalp Forum in close collaboration with the Director and the senior management team of Intellecap.   - Develop a sustainable financial model to support the Strategic Business Plan.   - Manage, along with the Director, the implementation of the Strategic Business Plan including its expansion, fundraising, and partnership aspects.  - Identify, build and manage sponsorships and partnerships with a wide variety of donors, foundations, corporations, investors, academic institutions, government, and other supporting institutions and individuals.   - Actively fund raise and create partnerships with new entities such as corporates, investors, development agencies, amongst others.   - Innovate and offer new ideas and approaches for developing and building sponsorships and partnerships with the multiple stakeholders set forth above.  - Identify and pursue available funding resources for core activities and future expansion.
