The candidate will play a key role in the marketing strategy for an apparel business. Based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, the candidate will be working directly with Senior Leadership Team on strategic initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Leading the data analysis across key domains: Sales, Marketing, Leads, Customers. This would involve managing end to end process: Collating data from key stakeholders/sources to providing strategic insights
- Support of Market Development and Sales teams in developing their strategies by providing a framework for identifying issues, questions and solutions
- Management of critical trackers & relevant MIS
- Draft key materials, reports and presentations for senior executive team
- Undertake research and develop knowledge on various business functions and providing relevant insights
- Ideating and driving new initiatives
Knowledge and Skills Required :
- MBA from a Top Tier institution or equivalent
- ~3 years of experience in a Corporate Strategy, Market Research, Marketing Analytics or Consulting Role
- Strong problem solving and quantitative skills
- High attention to detail, able to prioritize
- Ability to digest & analyse information and data to produce actionable insights
- Detailed understanding of consumer sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint required
- Project Management skills including the ability to coordinate activities among various departments and work independently to meet timelines
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
