Sanfe - Head - Marketing

I'm hiring for the role of Head of Marketing for a feminine hygiene start-up based out in Delhi, Requirements are mentioned below:

The incumbent would report into the founder and be responsible for:

- Overall involvement on the marketing budgets across online and offline modes of communication.

- Define and implement marketing strategies in alignment with overall business plan and objectives; in collaboration with sales, R&D, commercials, operations.

- Building relationships with external 3rd parties in the marketing domain as creative's, Social Media Marketing, influencers, campaigns, technology and Performance Marketing).

- Setting up marketing technologies to monitor the campaign effectiveness.

- Effectively deal with media agencies, creative agencies and brand research organizations.

- Build brand position and frameworks for communication across products/ range.

- Creating and executing an effective digital & social media marketing strategy.

The successful candidate should have:

- A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in brand marketing across FMCG/D2C

- Proven track record of growing and scaling categories in their career

- Ability to thoroughly analyse business products and value propositions and put these into strategic thinking towards building brands.
