Business Head - FMCG - Gujarat
Roles & responsibilities :
- Manage the sales and marketing operations and accountable to deliver top line and bottom line
- Accountable for forecasting as per past trends/ present market scenario/ future expectations & planning for Achievement of Sales Target
- Planning for Achieving best in class Visibility for Product Range across all Channels as per their specific requirement
- Focus on all round development of sales team by training, motivation, rewards and deal firmly with non-performers
- Reach out to new customers through coverage expansion and consistently looking for new opportunities of business growth
Candidate requirement :
- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges only
- Minimum 8 years of FMCG work experience (minimum 4 years at Supervisory level handling large team)
- Modern retail customer management experience shall be preferred
- Candidates currently working in : FMCG / FOOD / BEVERAGES & Personal Care - Only
- Gujarati speaking preferred
Salary expectation : 12 - 15 lakh CTC (negotiable)
