- Supporting the Director of the Flagship store, the Head of Marketing role is a key leadership position and will be responsible for developing and executing a fully integrated, multi-channel marketing plan for the premium store to support the overall strategy:
There are 4 key functions for this role:
- Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy for the store
- Drive a deep understanding of the consumer through data, insights and measurement, ensuring activity is always optimised
- Collaboration with key stakeholders across the various team members, SEIL product divisions, HQ through skilled communications and reporting to achieve alignment.
- Recruit, lead and develop a marketing team that includes a Digital Marketing Manager Marketing Comms Manager & Event / Partnership Manager (Off line)
3. Key Responsibilities
Lead overall marketing strategy:
- Set clear and measurable targets for H1 & H2 against core metrics
- Manage overall marketing budget and prioritise channel and agency spend against core objectives of consideration, sales and lifetime value
- Procure, select and build partnerships with best-in-class agencies to support in delivery
- Adapt and optimise plans dependant on business and trading conditions
- Capitalise on the benefits of D2C, joining dots across the differing parts of the business to better inform marketing propositions and decisions
- Use these insights to tailor and increase effectiveness for store communications
Collaboration with key stakeholders:
- Communicate and report weekly, monthly, quarterly to achieve alignment and support
Lead and develop marketing team:
- Lead and manage all outputs of the marketing team across Paid, Earned, Owned & Shared including (but not limited to):
- Creative
- Paid media - Microsite
- CRM Programme
- Membership programme
- PR
- Social
- Content
- Events
- Partnerships
- In-store activations
- Promotional propositions
- Motivate, challenge, develop and mentor the team to achieve incredible results
4. Educational Qualifications,
Experience & Skills - 10+ years in marketing experience .
