1. Maintain Online EPP pricing schedule, customer offers etc. and take required approval from department heads as required to implement product prices and offers.
2. Ensure timely forecast of inventory required and billing to distributor to minimize out of stock scenarios and achieving sell-in and sell-out targets.
3. Assessing and analyzing channel budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
4. Follow up with Finance and Sales Planning departments to ensure timely settlement of schemes and affordability payout to the eStore partner.
5. Compile information from various sources to formulate a current picture of the sales plan vs achievement.
6. Create a weekly/monthly presentation on business performance of the channel.
7. Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
8. First point of escalation for corporate accounts
