Sr.Manager/Mgr Online Sales Operations
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- To own and manage end-to-end DTC IM SCM process. Prepare supply / demand plan and lead the discussion with DTC category managers in close coordination with Online SCM.
- Support the team in execution of weekly, monthly sales targets.
(A) Supply & Demand Planning / Execution:
- Lead the discussion with DTC team as well as Online SCM for the overall planning of IM products supply to DTC business
- Use fact based approach basis market inputs/ insights / competitor's analysis and internal alignments to ensure accurate forecasting process is done.
- Getting the overall supply plan for the month in place in line with the Yearly plans (M-plan as well as Stretch plans) as well as Demand Plan (AP1) from DTC team across locations.
- To enable accurate demand planning (AP1) at by location for DTC. Consolidate demand on weekly / monthly basis, and discuss the same with Online SCM & ensure proper visibility of supply to the DTC team.
- Ensuring supply is in line with established norms for stock holding and sell out projected by location and avoiding out of stock situations.
- Designing and improving the SCM processes.
(B) Key Performance Indicators:
- Key KPI is to ensure proper stock availability to avoid Out of Stock.
- Manage SCM KPIs ; AP1/AP2/RTF Exception/ Ageing / Attach Ratio / SCR / AP1-AP2 Consensus / Weekly AP2_RTF achievement
- Triggering corrective actions as necessary in review meetings with KAMs / SCM teams.
- Maintaining high degree of operational excellence & efficiency in the overall process
(C) Inventory Management:
- Ensuring DTC DOS is maintained across products (SKU level) and across locations as per the desired norms.
- Ensure proper planning for Phase In and Phase Out of models so that there is minimum obsolescence and slow moving stock.
- Ensure aging inventory is actioned upon within required timelines and moved to other locations / channels where it can be liquidated

SECTION 4:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Engineering Degree from reputed institution.
- Post Graduate in Operations/SCM /APICS would be an added advantage.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- 8 to 10 years of prior experience in SCM, Supply & Demand planning.
- Excellent Relationship Management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Highly Motivated, positive attitude and work ethics desired.
- Excellent SAP knowledge & Analytical skills. Ability to work upon various data points.
- Planning & execution skills.
- Exposure to Sales will be an added advantage
