- Preparation of annual business plan for the entire range of the Product Category as per the overall strategic direction of the management
- Prepare model wise sales planning & forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly)
- Responsible for quantities, value and gross margin targets for the product category (Develop product pricing and positioning strategies)
- Planning & selecting products from global product line up (Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth)
- Required to provide inputs to - Marketing Function- for channel schemes and channel promos. Planning & managing inventories under norms
- Ensure proper implementation of the schemes (affordability, sales deductions, promotions, etc.)
- Scheme roll out and payout closure responsibility
- Determine Product Positioning along with Marcom team to hand it to Marcom to build campaigns around it
- Planning & execution of new product launches
- Sales Analysis and Strategy
- Managing entire product life cycle (ageing, sell-in/sell-out forecast)
- Directly planning and allocating RTF for new products and EOL products
- Competition tracking and analysis by features and price, channel, segment
- Market share tracking and analysis
- Demand estimation and supply management (Manage SCM KPI- s)
- Manage representation of products across all online portals (specifications, images, videos, etc.)
