- 3PL Tariff Management in System
- Cost Negotiation with Vendors for Packing Material, Transporter etc.
- Develop cost review mechanism
- RFP Process Knowledge for new vendor selection and comparative cost analysis.
3PL Performance Management :
- 3PL KPI Management
- Develop performance review mechanism and review performance
- Identify Gaps in performance and drive action plan
Vendor Management :
- Courier & Transport Partner Cost Management
- Vendor's KPI evaluation and Bill processing.
Cost Forecasting & Payout Review :
- Analyze Sales projection and simulate the cost for rolling periods.
- Do variance analysis of Forecast Vs Actual cost, identify gaps & Improvement actions
- Management plans preparation considering all variable factors impact on Logistics cost.
- Vendor Cost Reconciliation existing vs Industry practice.
- Cost Settlement & Reports Monthly, Quarterly Half yearly & Annually.
- Analyze sales, costs, pricing, margins, variable contributions and the actual performance compared to the business plans for the month or the year
- Creating business MIS - weekly, monthly and annual. Reporting business performance to company leaders
Skills :
1. System Knowledge: SAP, MS Office
2. Good Communication and analytical skill
3. Understanding of Basic tax /finance - rules/structures(related to vendor invoice processing)
