He/She will own the planning for Up-Sell for luxury, flagship and other smartphones and manage other Campaign activities in CRM team.

Key Tasks - Areas of Responsibility :

- Be responsible for Up-Sell of Luxury, Flagship & other products to IM consumers and drive incremental sales from ow base

- Be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and defining the key campaigns in upsell efforts for Samsung consumers past & present

- Be responsible for CRM incremental revenues from own base & manage Campaign ROAS/ROI

- Conceptualize, ideate & manage different campaign types such as upgrade, retention and winback while keeping the consumer at center

- Coordinate with execution teams to get - Always on- campaigns executed. Be responsible for their timely execution and drive the engagement KPIs

- Be responsible for high quality Content/Creatives for IM campaigns, output managed via Cheil team

- Constantly be on the lookout for new ways to engage with consumers via internal thinking, team collaboration and industry benchmarking

- This position will also collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Retail, .com, Products etc) to create campaigns and to seek budgets as needed

- Engage in dialogues with partners to create complimentary capabilities for CRM efforts
