Regional Direct Delivery Manager

- Responsible for D2C CE Operations of all Warehouses in the Region

Operational Fulfilment:

- Daily Operational Control [end to end] from DO to GI to Delivery to Consumer

- Daily Monitoring of IOD Updation v/s Delivery Status by Courier Partner

- Delivery L/T Management ; Order to Delivery

- Regional D2C WH Inventory Control, and Actions as per SOP

- Returns Management for Pre dispatch / Pre Delivery / Post Delivery [Cancellation & Returns]

- Open Returns Sales Order Control & Timely Closure of the same

- Handle Daily Escalation VOC & Resolved within 2~3 hrs with Reason / Justification

- Delivery & Pick Up Vendors Control & ensure Priority Deliveries & other Value added services

MIS:

- Daily Monitoring of Order Execution & Timely Handover

- Warehouse Wise Pending Order Analysis with Reasons of Non Execution

- Daily MIS to the Warehouses and HO Logistics

- Other related MIS

Procurement: Packing Material Procurement Management: Indenting and Procurement and no shortage

Training:

- Quarterly Visit to Warehouses and Audit Processes

- Training to the Warehouse D2C Team (3PL)

Skills:

1. System Knowledge: SAP, MS Office

2. Good Communication, Regional Language Proficiency & analytical skills
