Purpose of the Position:

This position is responsible for Samsung Care+. Key deliverables include driving sales, managing partnership, internal stakeholder coordination and communication to enable smooth customer experience during and after sales. This person shall also be responsible to ideate and drive new growth and revenue generation opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

- Establish and drive product strategy for Samsung Care+ for the assigned channels and identify new growth opportunities

- Drive channel expansion, especially B2B, MT, Pureplayers and DTC to ensure sale of packs across all points of sale

- Work with new partner to define value proposition and manage program profitability.

- Closely work with sales team to design programs, tools and incentive programs, to drive attach rate

- Close coordination with partners to ensure competitive product proposition, pricing, distribution and promotion and to design processes for smooth customer experience

- Channel partner meetings and co-ordination to drive sales

- Marketing and promotions for product awareness and visibility

- Responsible for Samsung Care+ P&L for relevant channels

- Influencing key stakeholders across the organization to drive business objectives

- Collaborate and work cross functionally with marketing, retail, sales, operations, finance and customer service teams

- Closely work with Streamline internal processes to reduce customer VOCs

Key Result Areas:

- Propelling sales of Samsung Care+ through intervention during purchase cycle and post purchase

- Optimizing costs to drive higher throughput

Competencies:

- Impact on Organization Spearheads the scale up plan for Samsung Care+ and is accountable for revenue and profitability delivery from the service. Is accountable for monitoring adherence to budgets, and identifies opportunities for containing costs and ensure compliance to laid-down policies

- Communication Acts as representative for the department/business, both internally and externally

- Persuasiveness Initiates, develops and implements policy and procedure changes and has an ability to influence sales and other cross-functional teams to imbibe changes

- Knowledge Possesses good knowledge of sales and is adept at operations while having a strategic view

- Scope and Complexity Operationalize strategies, goals and plans to execution

Knowledge and Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience across product management, marketing, sales and operations.

- Experience in insurance industry is preferred.

- Ability to understand strategic challenges and position solutions to address these

- Demonstrates strong problem solving skills

- Strong execution skills. Need to closely track program milestones while ensuring highest quality

- Ability to conceptualize and build executive level presentations

- Ability to work closely with leadership in a dynamic and fast paced environment requiring the individual to manage several tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail and quality

- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relations at all organization levels with internal stakeholders

- High on self-motivation, positive attitude and work ethic desired Ability to work under pressure
