Samsung - Online Website Operations Manager

PURPOSE OF POSITION - Ownership of Online Corporate Platform - Deliver Customized yet Consistent User Journey

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Ownership of Online Portal for corporate and its UI / UX

2. Deliver customized platforms for corporate customers.

3. Co-ordination between Customer & backend teams to deliver as per defined timelines.

4. Drive UI & campaign management. Ensure offers are live timely and extract insights of campaigns

5. Conceptualize tech integration and improvement with partners / affiliates

6. Day to day management of Online portal related updates and changes.

7. Trouble shooting basic tech issues. Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize traffic, efficiency and revenue.

8. Compile information and benchmark portal from various sources both internal and external.
