Samsung - Manager/Senior Manager - Retail Projects

JOB PURPOSE :

Responsible for planning and executing new design/refurbishment at Multi brand / Exclusive Stores according to brand guidelines and within the stipulated cost and time parameters. This includes Store Roll-outs, Changeovers of old stores and execution of Marketing Communication, Visual Merchandising and Key Product and Brand Initiatives at stores. The key is to take complete ownership of this function and establish Samsung as the most Aspirational Premium Brand in its business category though Retail Expansion

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Collating and Analyzing the Site / Store Proposals for all stores for any issues and providing technical assistance to Branch / Store Identification teams during the site short listing stage

2. Ensuring that all projects are executed as per Brand Guidelines and within the stipulated cost, time and quality parameters in coordination with Agency, Procurement, and Regional/HO Business Teams

3. Closely Monitoring the Layout Development and the BOQ development for each site in coordination with Agency

4. Ensuring all sites are executed as per the defined process starting from initiation and terminating at handover in coordination with Cheil team

5. Ensuring complete Financial Management of the Project including Budget Management, PO creation and closures and adherence to any other Financial requirements of the project

KPIs :

1. Site Approvals as per specified guidelines

2. Store Quality, Adherence to Cost and Timelines

3. Layout and BOQs at per TAT and approved formats

4. Process adherence complete with required documentation
