PURPOSE OF POSITION :
This position is required to manage Large format & Premium Samsung Retail Store Operations, Marketing & store profitability for Mobile Division in Samsung Electronics in sync with overall marketing strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- Retail sales planning, New store launches for Samsung Experience Stores
- Manage SES - L & premium store operations centrally from HO.
- Manage Marketing & Profitability of SES - L & premium stores.
- Drive consumer services and convenience across stores.
- Map the shopper journey and plan the retail grid for new launches/product lifecycle interventions.
- Ensure Retail Planogram and Retail Activity Calendar adherence in line with overall Launch/ monthly promo calendar.
- Execute Retail campaigns, Store renovation including partner management.
- Continuous Innovation - Retail elements/ Experience improvement / sales story -To set new benchmarks, use shopper research to identify key areas for innovative disruptions.
