- Develop and execute retail marketing strategies that align with the brand's overall goals and objectives.
- Briefing agency and managing end to end delivery of marketing creatives & communication.
- Developing marketing campaigns in line with business requirement.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that are tailored to specific hyperlocal markets and customer segments, and are aligned with quarterly budgets.
- Develop and execute highly effective digital campaigns that drive footfall and sales to Samsung Brand stores while ensuring maximum ROAS.
- Create and manage O2O initiatives such as Endless Aisle, BOPIS, and other innovative solutions to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, and monitor campaign performance against KPIs.
- Manage existing digital footprint for all brand stores together with digital marketing platforms such as the location management system, store microsites, lead management system, etc. to ensure optimal performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal business, training, media, and content teams to optimize the end result and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Develop and execute live commerce and other virtual events that promote products and services across stores and online channels.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Plan and manage budgets for retail marketing and events, ensuring that spend is allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy and advertising standards.
