PURPOSE OF POSITION
The candidate will be the front face of organizations's business relationship with large ecommerce portals. He/she will be responsible for weekly, monthly sell in and sellout targets driving revenue goals for the account.
The programs/ initiatives need to be based on a foundation of deep Consumer centricity, strong analytics, sharp planning and story-telling coupled with product/tech understanding for an enhanced Consumer experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Relationship management with account mobiles category & logistics teams at the account
- Weekly, monthly biz plan alignment with the account
- Get weekly, 12 weeks rolling forecast for sell-in for each SKU from the account
- Weekly sell-out forecast alignment with the account & monitoring the same
- Ensure rightful share for Samsung on the platform in terms of visibility, selection availability, scheme / offer parity (with other Samsung sales channels)
- PSI management by SKU
- Fin-ops management on scheme settlement, NDC etc.
- Ensure portal adhere to unloading of stocks based on aligned delivery appointments
- Responsible for delivery of SCM KPIs expectation from account like fill rates, selection, geography replication
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Deliver weekly & monthly revenue biz goals (sell-in & sellout)
- Prepare weekly demand; dispatch & sellout forecast based on forecast from Account and internal biz goals. Share the same with respective cross functional teams
- Gather & report intelligence on competition launches, schemes, offers, marketing, deals etc.
- Help the online marketing teams on deployment of digital assets and other coordination
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- 3-7 years of account management experience ( preferably in the e-commerce domain)
