- Create a single unified database across businesses & functions, eg: IMEI data, service, eStore, retail data, Samsung Accounts, etc
- Responsible for managing Big Data efforts at Samsung business side
- Enrich existing internal databases as well as to build new platform & capabilities for intelligent outreach across businesses
- Creating data augmentation road map to constantly enrich customer intelligence for sharper CRM interventions. Be responsible for devising and execution of Data enrichment campaigns with help from execution desk/ retail team/ .com team etc
- Work with Big Data leader to drive all the efforts towards creating a Consumer Big Data and manage Data as a strategic asset. Liaison with technology and analytics teams to ensure that all efforts to create 360 degree view of the consumer - merging digital & offline footprint, Consumer LTV, Consumer Tiering, etc are well-aligned and are executed in a coordinated manner
- Work with teams across internal business teams, HQ and external partners to help create Consumer Big Data
- Act as the custodian of Consumer Big Data, its health and all inputs coming to the Big Data
