Samsung - Manager - Campaign Management - CRM (3-8 yrs)
- Campaign Planning for Cross-Sell of Ecosystem products and Lifecycle Management (LCM) from business side.
Key Objectives of the Position :
- This position is created to own the planning for Cross-Sell for ecosystem products, Lifecycle Management (LCM) Campaign activities in CRM team.
Areas of Responsibility :
- Be responsible for Cross-Sell of ecosystem products to IM consumers and drive additional revenue and increase Attach Rate
- Be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and defining the key campaigns in LCM efforts for post-purchase consumers
- Coordinate with execution teams to get - Always on- campaigns executed. Be responsible for their timely execution and drive the engagement KPIs (such as engagement rate %)
- Devise an LCM strategy to plan for relevant campaigns based on Consumer Tiers, channel preference and life stage
- Be responsible for high quality Content/Creatives for IM campaigns, output managed via Cheil team
- Constantly be on the lookout for new ways to engage with consumers via internal thinking, team collaboration and industry benchmarking
- This position will also collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, .com, Products etc) to create campaigns and to seek budgets as needed
- Engage in dialogues with partners to create complimentary capabilities for CRM efforts
