Descriptive JD:

D2C Strategy team acts as "think-tank for Samsung's D2C channels (online: and offline stores) and defines growth roadmap and key alliances for these channels. In this capacity, key responsibilities include:

1. Assess online and offline market evolution, pure-player strategies and competition strategies

2. Assess impact of changing regulatory environment in ecommerce & retail industry and implications of the same on Samsung's D2C business

3. Monitor progress around strategic goals for D2C channels

4. Identify new growth hacks', ie, initiatives and partners to accelerate sales and traffic growth (online | offline | Omni-channel)

5. Lead cross-functional strategic projects by creating business case for growth hacks and driving internal alignment Analyse end-to-end customer journey, conduct gap analysis and identify improvement areas to enhance customer experience across D2C Channels

6. Identify and Incubate new strategic partnerships and initiatives Participate in development of sales strategy and accounts plans for existing partners

7. Participate in development of optimization plans for existing initiatives

8. Track progress of initiatives qualitatively and quantitatively:

- Additional Job Description
