PURPOSE OF POSITION - Managing direct Corporate Employee Purchase Accounts for Consumer Electronics business
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Develops new Online Employee Purchase Program (EPP) business by analyzing account potential from the assigned accounts/territory, initiate account relations, develop and closing sales opportunities.
2. Responsible to achieve monthly/yearly Sell-in and Sell-out revenue target plans from the enterprise accounts through multiple go-to-market strategies.
3. Forecast, Deliver and Report sales regularly and ensure all supply chain KPIs are met.
4. Work with marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness and drive conversions.
5. Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results, monitor competitive products; analyze and relay customer reactions.
6. Manage and execute sales process and activities effectively.
7. Negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management within enterprise.
8. Take necessary management approvals to execute sales plans.
