Mystery Shopper Audit Key Tasks - Areas of Responsibility : - Creation and maintenance of Store Website - Creation & updation of social media presence - Respond to customer queries and feedback through social media - Use digital and social media to drive millennial connect & footfalls to the store - Adapting the Key visuals & videos to fit the display assets within the store - Creation and updation of monthly newsletter for internal & external communication. Knowledge & Experience Required, Other key information regarding the Profile : 1. Post Graduate in Marketing 2. Minimum of 6 years+ experience in Digital Marketing 3. Experience of creating digital content across platforms 4. Experience of working with a multinational organization 5. Strong interpersonal skills. 6. Should have good communication skills 7. Creative ideation and execution of events, promotions, 8. Ability to think creatively and innovatively 9. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges 10.
