KPI :  1. Interacts with business to understand the training needs, and ties up with external partners to meet these needs.   2. Develops content for behavioral/leadership/soft skills trainings   3. Is a confident facilitator Ensures the desirable ambience and set up of the training room with all the required training aids.   4. Ensures program information sharing with the trainer, all participants and other stakeholders.   5 Manages the Pre and Post - assessment of the participants, as and when applicable.   6.
