Driving Incremental Revenue through targeted customer & product led campaign.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MEASURES
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining opportunities and solutions for a business category.
- Designing and developing Marketing campaigns that are data-driven and segment-focused with accountability for the effectiveness of the campaigns - focused on retaining customers & increasing customer purchase frequency.
- Actively interact with Big data teams for analytics and create brief for segmentation / customer cohorts based on data.
- Create relevant business cases for the CRM campaign and align with the concerned stakeholders
- Manage program performance and customer behaviour through customer segmentation, program and campaign level impact (return on investment and profitability).
- Owning the Omni-channel strategy, tactics and delivery of communication plan - Email, SMS and other available digital channels.
- Manage the CRM Omni-channel marketing set-up and execution with different partners.
- Collaborating & coordinating with various cross-functional, internal and external stake holders to deliver meaningful results on time.
- Drive execution of strategy across communication channel - SMS, email, and digital media.
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing and product teams.
Collateral & Creatives:
- Design Communication - SMS/e-mail testing structure to ensure ability to read and properly measure a/b tests
- Work on designing, creating and executing collateral related to Loyalty
- Work with internal marketing teams and external vendors
- Work on content, ideas and brief with the digital agencies and ensure timely delivery. Analytics, Reporting & Performance presentation
- Understand Data and Insights and Share relevant reports on a timely basis
- Reporting and presentations CRM campaign, Program performance, key project delivery.
- Tracking & presenting key performance indicators to monitor how marketing efforts are performing against goals and working on strategies to improve.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously

- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and integration of CRM with broader traditional and digital marketing efforts.
- Experience in managing content & creatives
- Very strong at optimizing existing campaigns and brainstorming out-of-the-box ideas for driving increased performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
