Job Description -

Key Activities -

- Managing customer issues such as stock delivery, coordination with customer internal stakeholders and timely collection of payments for T1 Partners

- Deal will have multiple T1 Partners due to high volume; team will ensure weekly alignment on stock acceptance with all T1 Partners and collection of credit documents for SIEL (Bank Guarantee/Letter of Credit)

- Enable credit limits in system - ongoing week on week process - validate LC received from T1 Partners, co-work with Banks and Finance team

- SFDC Price approvals to be raised and approved in system

- Post payments in SIEL finance system and knocking off account receivables so that T1 account is ready for next week's billing

- Demand Planning and ensuring weekly RTF is secured

- Billing of stock, coordination with T1 Partners on stock acceptance, coordination with warehouse and logistics
