5. Supporting to solve issues - Analyze issues for each service center based on the visiting results and support to implement an improvement measure for each issue.

6. Index management - Analyze an index for each service center. Analyze why there is a weakness and resolve the issue.

7. Managing best practices - Organize best practices of a service center and apply them to increase operational efficiency by propagating them to other centers.
