Samsung - Area Business Manager - Mobile - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description:

- Responsible for Samsung product Business within an assigned territory.

- Maintaining good relationship with distributors

- Plan & Implement the most effective Sellout setup at MBO's and all Exclusive outlets

- Build strong relationship & Work closely with designated MBO's and all Exclusive outlets, Enable sellout (consumer take off ) growth leading to counter share growth

- Drive marketing activities and programs at outlet level

- Educate the MBOs & Exclusive channel regarding Samsung policies, directions, schemes etc through several of means. Work in partnership with departments ensuring smooth implementations and operations at the field level on day to day bases enhancing the retail experience

- Plan and execute retail enablers as per the defined grid and ensure timely availability and upkeep of the same on monthly bases through the automated tool extended

- Monthly IMEI & Sellout planning & achievement of targets in terms of Value & models

Necessary Skills / Attributes :

- Candidates must have minimum 2 years channel sales distribution (general trade) experience.

- Candidates needs to be familiar with MS Office (Microsoft word, Excel& Powerpoint) Basic team handling expertise & communication skills

- Candidate must have prior working experience in the Bihar/Jharkhand/Ranchi territory.
