Product knowledge:
1. Expert knowledge of latest features in Ultrasound: able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms relevant to customers.
2. Expert level market and competitor knowledge related to their product/solutions/services
3. Continuously support the customers during their clinical and/or operational issues and challenges.
4. Create viable product configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for Samsung.
5. Improve customer satisfaction and receive more orders by offering timely response to the technical issues that may arise during technical sales activities.
6. Represent the company at relevant medical Congress and exhibitions.
BO management:
1. Work closely with Sales Managers in creating Business Opportunities.
2. Help Sales team in preparing Tender documents and suggest right product positioning to meet orders, sales and margin targets and maximize customer satisfaction
Team Development:
1. Promote and complete timely performance feedback to team members and engagement leaders
2. Share best practices with team on, product positioning, value proposition, etc.
3. Train junior staff, Dealer Engineer by training them time to time basis
