Work Experience Required:

- 7-12 years PQE (SPA level) - LLB from reputed institute and law firm experience

- 3-5 years PQE (Senior Associate/ Associate Level) - CA with experience in GST compliance and advisory

- 1-3 years PQE (Associate level) - LLB from reputed institute and law firm experience

Job Location - Gurgaon

Qualifications:

- Qualified - CA, CMA, CFA, or CA with LLB

- Prior working experience in GST compliance and advisory

Job Details:

- 1-3 years PQE (Associate level) - LLB from reputed institute and law firm experience/ qualified CA with prior GST experience.

- Providing advice on various issues like classification, rate of Tax, applicability of exemption notifications, eligibility of input tax credit, job work, liability to pay Tax on import of goods and services or under reverse charge, valuation, etc. under GST Laws.

- Providing assistance to clients in obtaining and surrender of registration, filing of refund claims, review of data, and filing of monthly and annual returns.

- Filing of GST monthly and annual returns, and filing of refund applications.

- Conducting GST health checks for clients.

- Drafting and filing of show cause notices/ appeals/ submissions/ writ petitions before departmental authorities/ tribunals/ High Courts/ Supreme Court.
