- Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary for interaction with the Government authorities and negotiating parties.

- Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation, and administration.

- Ability to provide independent advice (orally and in writing) to senior level management on matters to be dealt with.

- Good planning and organization skills.

- Interface with customers / courts / solicitor firms for legal proceedings.

- Interface with Revenue, Irrigation, Pollution, Police, Labour department, Factories Department, BBMP, Local Panchayat, KIADB, electricity Etc.

- Interface with External Vendors/ Legal Agencies for all elements pertaining to the execution of contracts and legal obligations.

- Responsible for Liaison with Various Central and State Government ministries and departments.

- Liaison with District Authorities such as Police, Taluk office, Municipal, Fire Service, Telecom, Electricity Boards.

- Coordination for Drafting letters / notices / legal documents.

Skills, Education and Experience:

- Any Master or degree from reputed University

- 15-25 yrs of experience in Industry

- Presentable and Dynamic

- Excellent communication
