Project Management 1. Ensure effective and efficient program monitoring; reporting processes are in place and implemented for all program activities 2. Work offsite with the program implementation team to make sure every project is implemented (and developed) has a Log Frame or Results Framework 3. Adept at making decks & presentations for Client on a regular basis 4. Contribution to relevant organizational initiatives 5. Timely invoicing and follow-up for receivables Employee Engagement 1. Works collaboratively with HR and management teams to improve employee engagement 2. The incumbent will work closely with the senior leadership and will play a key role in designing and implementing the CSR strategy. 3. The incumbent will also be responsible to drive engagements, develop content, and manage employee interactions and CSR engagements. 4. Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the business, working with stakeholders to develop best practices in CSR 5. Achieve effective reach, attract attention, create awareness, interest, enthusiasm and active participation in the various initiatives to aid employee satisfaction & sense of belonging
