Key responsibilities   - Execute and monitor marketing and communications strategies covering digital marketing, PR and events to build brand awareness and drive business growth   - Write, edit and optimize content for Samhita's website, social media, newsletters, blogs etc.   - Plan and manage events and roundtables and document the outcome of events   - Manage relations with the media and identify opportunities that will establish Samhita as a thought leader in the sector   - Produce content and campaign material for Samhita's products, services and reports across media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, news, AdWords, events and roundtables, email etc.)   - Record and promote impact stories across the board that reflect the import of Samhita's work   - Work and support all teams within Samhita, especially sales, with their marketing and communications requirements   - Measure, analyze, optimize and communicate the effectiveness of the organization's marketing and communications efforts   Required qualifications and experience   - Graduate/Postgraduate in communications/advertising/marketing or equivalent   - For the assistant manager position, 3-5 years of experience in communications/marketing/journalism/advertising with experience in writing, conceptualizing, strategizing and data analytics   - For an associate, 1-3 years of experience in communications/marketing/journalism/advertising with writing, conceptualizing or data analytics experience   Experience in using either of the following software/platforms is preferable   - Mail Chimp or any popular email marketing platform   - Content Management Systems like WordPress or Drupal   - Google Analytics and AdWords   - Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW   - QuarkXPress, InDesign or other publishing software   Other key requirements   - Excellent oral and written communications skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage - A balance of creative and analytical thinking   Salary offered: 5 -7 LPA
