Research Associate - Executive Search - Salto Dee Fe Consulting Role Summary : - A Research Associate at Salto Dee Fe gets an opportunity to work in the new and exciting Executive Search practice. This would constitute drafting and implementing Selection methodologies including sourcing, screening, assessing candidates for various client positions across sectors. - The responsibilities include owning internal initiatives and developing intellectual property. S/he would also be responsible for his/her own learning to get ready for performing a bigger role in our success. S/he will coordinate with the clients to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities : Client Delivery : - Coordinate with the clients and candidates over the entire recruitment lifecycle - Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client requirements - Draft role-specific Success Profiles and Selection methodologies including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates - Provide proactive support in the end-to-end delivery of the ongoing client projects Knowledge Creation : - Prepare client proposals, approach notes, etc. to complement the organization's business development objectives - Write case studies and articles for marketing initiatives - Suggest new ideas and explore new recruitment tools/methodologies as well as optimize the existing recruitment processes Learn & Grow : - Read and share the latest trends and research publications in the HR/ Acquisition/ Executive Search space - Actively enroll for related courses and certifications Internal Initiative : - Proactively nominate self for internal initiatives (e. g. social media campaigns) and being committed for their success Education/Experience Required : - Post Graduate (preferably in HR) - Experience of 3-6 years in Executive Search (client delivery, full-cycle recruitment)
