An Associate Consultant at SDF gets an opportunity to develop & hone his/her consulting skills by working across sectors with diverse clients and roles, owning internal initiatives and developing intellectual property. S/he would also be responsible for his/her own learning to get ready for performing a bigger role in our success. S/he will actively lead and support business development initiatives for the organization.
Client Delivery :
- Lead or support client delivery meetings and workshops
- Support project management of the ongoing projects and engage with clients directly whenever necessary
Business Development :
- Generate leads from own network and other sources for new business opportunities
- Support senior team members in business development meetings with existing and prospect clients
- Independently prepare approach notes, client proposals, draft agreements/contracts etc
Product Development & Knowledge Creation :
- Generate new ideas and develops products and intellectual property
- Write case studies and articles for marketing initiatives
- Generating revenue for the organization
Learn & Grow :
- Read and shares latest trends and research publications in the HR space
- Actively enroll for related courses and certifications
Internal Initiatives : Proactively nominates self for internal initiatives (e. g. digital strategy and execution) and is committed for its success
People Management : Manage team members and drive them towards achievement of organisational objectives
