An Analyst (HR Consulting) at SDF is responsible for providing support to the Partner/Principal to ensure excellent consulting delivery. This would involve in assistance in client delivery, taking ownership of the internal initiatives and developing intellectual property. S/he would also be responsible for self-learning and contributing to the team learning to get ready for performing a bigger role in our success. Client Delivery - - Prepare client proposals, approach notes, workshop content, surveys, back end data tracking and reporting etc. - Support client delivery meetings and workshops Internal Initiative / Development - - Proactively nominate self for multiple internal initiatives (e. g. social media campaigns, internal administration and HR work) and be committed for their success Product Development & Knowledge Creation: - Generate new ideas and develops products and intellectual property - Conduct in-depth research studies - Write case studies and articles for institutionalizing knowledge and thoughts that can be further used for marketing and thought leadership Learn & Grow: - Read and share trends and research publications in the HR space - Actively enroll and complete related courses and certifications Qualification: Post Graduate in HR with up to 2 years of experience and preferably Graduate in Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics/Psychology/OB
